EKOTON presents a new online support service for customers

In November, 2017 EKOTON Industrial Group launched an online customer support service EKOTON Support. Owing to this service, EKOTON equipment users will be able to ask our top specialists about wastewater treatment technologies, equipment’s operation, automation settings.


Service is very easy to maintain. You only need to log in to the system and gain access to a personal account, where the entire history of support requests, services and other orders is saved.

With the EKOTON Support service, you will always know at what stage of processing your request is located and when

you will receive a solution from our specialists. Our mission is to ensure that operating of EKOTON equipment will be pleasant for you!

Also, our specialists develop the EKOTON knowledge base, which contains the most frequently asked questions about the operation of the equipment. The knowledge base currently is in the process of filling and will be available for registered users.

The service is located at https://support.ekoton.com, the interface is presented in more than 40 languages, and the user content is available in four languages - English Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. Access to the service is provided only to customers operating EKOTON equipment. To activate an account in the service, follow the instructions that you received along with the accompanying documentation during equipment delivery, or use the short instruction on our website.
