"In February 2008, the PL-12C belt filter press (completed with a thickener) with the nominal capacity of up to 30 m3/h by initial sludge produced by RPC EKOTON CJSC was put into operation in Shop No.10 at the area of biochemical wastewater treatment in the sludge treatment building of MOZYR OIL REFINERY OJSC for the mineralized compacted excess activated sludge of the area dewatering. During the operation in six months, the equipment, delivered by RPC EKOTON CJSC, demonstrated reliable, stable and efficient operation, ease of operation and maintenance, high corrosion resistance, low energy consumption (the established total power of electric drives of PL-12C with the thickener is 3.3 kW) and sufficient technological efficiency (the moisture content of dehydrated cake is from 81% to 84%).The actual capacity on the mineralized compacted excess activated sludge was 15 m3/h. In this regard, it was decided to purchase another one PL-12C belt filter press with the capacity of up to 30 m3/h, which was delivered by AKVAEKOLOGIYA APC and put into operation in April 2010. Due to the improvement of technical characteristics of the new filter press, competent and qualitative selection of process conditions and dosages of the reagent during the commissioning work performed by specialists of RPC EKOTON CJSC, we managed to achieve the capacity of 22 m3/h on the same mineralized compacted excess activated sludge. Neither overhaul, nor repairs on the technical condition of the equipment have not been performed for 2.5 year of the operation of the first press, except for the replacement of the set of upper and lower belts of the filter press. Currently the replacement of two bearings on one of the shafts of the press has been performed (physical wear). The lubrication of components and assemblies is periodically performed according to the Manufacturer’s recommendations."
"The PL-16 belt filter press, produced by EKOTON RPC, was installed and put into operation on the left-bank plot of COK on September 29, 2007. The quality of the resulting sludge was improved and the percentage of the moisture content of cake decreased from 82% to 76% with the commissioning of the PL-16 filter press, and that influenced the decline of transport costs for removal of sludge. The automation of the mechanical sludge dewatering unit greatly facilitated the work of maintenance personnel and the raw sludge output capacity increased. Before the procurement of the filter press of EKOTON Company, the dewatering was carried out on the filter press with the raw sludge output capacity of 8 m3/h; at the moment, the capacity is 13-15 m3/h. The quality indicators of clarified water increased with the commissioning of the filter press of EKOTON Company, and that have a positive effect on the biological treatment. The consumption of the C-446 flocculant for the sludge dewatering changed downwards from 12 kg/day to 8 kg/day, and this caused the saving of the chemical for the sludge dewatering and expenses for its purchase."
"In the period from November 2006, RPC EKOTON CJSC carried out the design of local wastewater treatment facilities for Kurinoye Tsastvo OJSC according to Technical Design Assignment, manufactured and completed the equipment of local wastewater treatment facilities (mechanical treatment – by mechanized screens, physicochemical treatment – on flotators). The installation of the equipment was carried out from May 3 to May 28, 2007. The commissioning work was carried out in May-June 2007. The design installation and commissioning works were performed at a high technical level. The fully completed local wastewater treatment facilities operate from June 5, 2007 to the present day. The optimal doses of the flocculant, which allow performing the treatment of the highly concentrated wastewater to the require standards, were determined. The treatment effectiveness is as follows: suspended substances – 90.5% (1187 mg/l before the treatment, 112 mg/l – after it. MPC – 360 mg/l); fats – 88,5% (332 mg/l before the treatment, 38 mg/l – after it. MPC – 50 mg/l); COD – 77% (1857 mgО2/l before the treatment, 427 mgО2/l – after it. MPC – 750 mgО2/l); BOD5 – 81.5% (1282 mgО2/l before the treatment, 237 mgО2/l – after it. MPC – 500 mgО2/l). The technology, developed by your Company, makes it possible to pass the waste generated during the treatment for the further treatment in the workshop production of the meat bone meal, and is convenient and simple to operate. "BELGOROD ABRASIVE PLANT CJSC expresses its highest respect and informs that the equipment delivered to us by RPC EkoTON CJSC: RMB TP 3/6 drum type mechanized screen of triangle profile, PT-50 tangential grit chamber, FT-10 flotation unit completed with the KF-10 mixer, MDQ-101 screw dehydrator, chemicals section, automation system, auxiliary equipment, is operated from October 2013 to the present day. The economic and technological effect from the operation of this equipment exceeded all expectations, namely: the moisture content of the resulting cake is 75-80% when the initial moisture content of flotosludge is 94-98%, that reduces the volume of removed wastes by 8-10 times. The effectiveness of removal of resin oil impurities, oil products and fats reaches 98.5%, the reduction in COD and suspended substances reaches 80% as a result of the treatment. And the average monthly consumption of the flocculant doesn’t exceed 25 kg and the coagulant consumption is no more than 3.5 m3 of the 30% solution. The capacity of the local treatment facilities is 200 m3/day; it ensures the Enterprise’s wastewater treatment according to standards for the discharge into the municipal sewage system of Belgorod.
